Returns policy

Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement,

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced or discounted clothing items can be returned for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Store Credits (given as a discount code) expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take 3-4 business days.

Please take the time to choose your favourite WIGS and ACCESSORIES (sunglasses and all jewellery) wisely as we can not refund or exchange due hygiene reasons. However, any manufacturing faults we are more than happy to issue a credit note once the item has been sent back to us for examination. 

AUSTRALIAN CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

- Please and include change of mind form with return 

- Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase

- Postage must be covered to return the item/s back to us

- Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit & how to use it

- For a full price return (orders not using a discount code or store credit) we will send you a store credit of the item(s) returned plus a standard postage credit $10.00AUD (ie. if your returned dress is $50 AUD, we will provide you with $60.00 AUD credit).

- For returned item/s with a value over $75+AUD you will automatically receive free standard postage on your next order. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL CHANGE OF MIND POLICY (COUNTRIES OTHER THAN AUSTRALIA)

- Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase

- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us.

- Once your return is processed, you will be given store credit for the amount that you paid for your item/s

- You can then order your new item/s with your store credit and cover the cost of shipping with paypal/credit card through the website.
